Customer Support

Our aim at Wengo is to give the best server and network performance possible. To this end we are constantly monitoring our network for faults or problems. To date our network has had 98% uptime and has proven very reliable.

Due to our current working hours and the reliability of our network we currently only offer e-mail support Mon-Sat in general UK office hours (9am-6pm). Queries may occasionally be answered outside these hours but not as a general rule.
